General description

The complex is built on an area of three acres. Each house is sunny with terraces and balconies on the north and south side of the building. The main entrance is located on the lateral side.

On your left is the ground floor lounge, a toilet under the stairs and then a bedroom, while on the right is the kitchen with a dining room with access to the rear garden.
On the 1st floor is the second bedroom and the balcony, the hall, a large bathroom and at the end of the hall is a large terrace.
On the 2nd floor there is a spacious and bright loft that has two twin beds and a bathroom.
Each house has satellite TV in the living room, air conditioning hot and cold (Invertor) on each floor and hot water 24/7.

Kitchen and Dining

On the right side of the entrance is a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator, stove with oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle (available upon request). In the kitchen there is a dining table for six people, with the possibility of extension to sit eight people. From the kitchen you have access to the rear garden.

There are salad, soup and food plates for eight people, as well as big spoons and cutlery. Three salad bowl, a stainless tray, lemon squeezer, cooking spoon and spatula, grater, potato peeler, bread, meat & vegetable knives, meat and salad cup holders, tea strainer, a basket of bread. Drinking glasses, wine glasses, mugs & cups and coffee pot. Two oven trays, small & large skillet, small & large pot, stainless mixing bowl.

Living room & WC

When you enter the house, on your left is the living room and a toilet under the stairs. The living room has a single bed, one armchair-bed & a satellite TV.

Bedroom ground floor

The bedroom, located on the ground floor has a large double bed, large closet and access to the front garden.

Bedroom 1st floor

On the first floor, which covers a surface of 27m² , is the second bedroom which has a large double bed and a large wardrobe. This bedroom has a private balcony in front of the garden.

Bathroom 1st floor

The bathroom of the first floor is spacious and has a shower, washing machine and hot water 24/7 through solar systems or a boiler in case of cloudy days although rare.

Bedroom 2nd floor

On the second floor there is a spacious and bright loft of 23 sq.m. Which has two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
